Being new to the company is not easy. You have to make a lot of adjustments in order to get along with the company’s policies, operations, colleagues and of course the line of work. But I believe that if you are enjoying your work, most likely, everything will go along smoothly. My career path started in IT profession since I graduated from college. And I don’t regret being in this vocation since I gained much knowledge from this line of work over the years and at the same time it helped me save enough so I could invest for my future.

I remember one instance when I received a task (which is to make a webpage for the company) from our marketing division. I knew then that this is going to be one of those huge projects I would ever have in my entire career. Good thing I have acquired a web design experience during my college days though it was very basic. I know I still need to do a lot of research since information technology have progressed over the years. So to start it of, I gathered everything that I need including the free web design site that I discovered. I then called for a meeting to be able to get all the information and content that should be incorporated in the web page. Fortunately, the meeting went well and everyone was so excited with the project. Somebody even suggested that I should also include some flash in the website to make it look attractive to our target market. I immediately incorporated it to my pre-defined plan and include it with the free web design which I already have. I also joined the forum where I got the chance to learn more about the free web design tips and tricks. The project went well, as expected, and our marketing people together with the management approve it.
